The Standard board set carton includes an inflatable Paddle Board, pump, paddle, backpack, repair kit, and fins. The pump is packed with shaped foam protector, all the outer packing we use 5-7 layer corrugated carton. 3. What colors and patterns can choose for customization? For drop stitch material color/ PVC color: we have many stock materials available for selection, if your design requires some other colors, we can discuss stocking new material based on your demand. For EVA pad color and patterns: we can provide verified patterns to meet most of your choice. if you need unique patterns, we can open a new shape mold with you. 4. How long for the production? Sampling will take 7-10 days, batch production will take about 30 workdays based on regular quantity. 5. What kind of payment terms do you support? 1.We use Seam Technology to increase the durability and air tightness of our inflatable boards. The connection between the rail and the drop stitch material is hot air welded thus creating a very strong mechanical joint that turns these two parts into one. The plasticizer in PVC migrate over time and weaken the strength of the chemical bond of the flue. By fusing two different layers together into one part, the welding process makes the board safer and more durable. 2.We have in-house UV Printing machine, compared with 90% peers outsource this UV printing step during production, our printing cost can reduce by about 50% and make production more confidential, also under better Quality control.
